In League of the Mata Hari, he appeared to be working for MI9. However, he successfully framed Stella and other senior MI9 officials, to enable Hamish Campbell to take leadership.
In We Need to Talk About KORTEX, he had assumed the identity of Martin Strong, the management of GDHQ, the government listening station.
In The Last Stand, he replaced Linus Currie as KORPS' scientist general and oversaw the mind transfer of The Mastermind to Keri Summers. He was then arrested by MI9.

In "We Need to Talk About KORTEX", he had changed his identity to Martin Strong and was the head of GDHQ, the secret service's communications division.
In "The Last Stand" he had replaced Linus Currie and was overseeing the mastermind and Keri Summers and was the one who arrested Stella Knight in mata hari[1]
